MEDITATION FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESURE:

People who suffer from high blood pressure apart from their daily diet and exercise, it is advisable if they can spare some time about 20 to 30 minutes daily preferably in the morning before breakfast or in the evening after sun set to perform Meditation.

Meditation may be performed either in the morning or in the evening immediately after taking bath.

One has to select a clean and peaceful place either in the open area or inside the residence. One can sit either on the floor on a thick mate /bed sheet or in a chair in a relaxed and convenient position closing their eyes. During meditation one can either chant a word like “OM’’ or count numbers or concentrating on anything which is of their interest like music /nature/river /arts etc.

During Meditation one can realize and feel that their mind becomes calm, their whole body being very relaxed and light. On completion of the meditation in 20 or 30 minutes, one may have to open their eyes slowly and stay seated in the same position for few minutes before stand up and proceeds.

If one can perform such meditation on daily basis, they can not only keep their blood pressure under control but perform their daily task in a best and peaceful manner.

Mediation gives stress free, peaceful life and lead to efficient way of handling things and carry out day to day task.

Mediation keeps one’s body and mind in a cooled/calm manner.

People who perform Meditation on daily basis never get angry under any circumstances and perform their task in a perfect manner and achieve their target.
